AIT and ECT Calibration Tables

Well, it'd be easy to figure out. Go out and see what the sensor says the temp is reading, and compare to the fordfuelinjection.com website. The GM Cal is completly different than the ford one, I've used the ford wizard on all the cars I've tuned and it's been fine. IMO if you're really that worried about it, then swap to the GM sensor. FWIW I've put all GM sensors on my car (except tps...

What do i lose when switching...

I have read through the docs somewhat and I can't seem to identify any missing features in the AEM. Is there anything that I will lose when switching over to the AEM from a factory computer on my 94 Mustang?

I just checked in some of my cal files... It's the ford sensor that is the issue.. They only read to 41*, if you look at the gm sensors they go almost the full range. My guess is anything colder than 41* the ecu has no way of knowing and it will only ref what is at the 41* breakpoint for cold start. IMO the easiest fix is to use the GM Coolant and AIT sensor which will give you the ...

12/06/2009 I was able to find this option under Options, Full list, Idle Max Duty. However, I have not been able to find any documentation on this option and will like to know if we Mustang owners should concern ourselves with this option and what does it do? Juls 12/07/2009 I called AEM Tech Support: The Idle Max Duty % should be set to 0.00 and it is not be used for Mustangs, so let...

I finally have my new pc up and running. I will try to get something posted up after I get of work today.... By the way you can not actually change the maf voltage point by point other than changing the scale in the software. It will stay linear based on the max flow. I think the base tune has it set at a maxium of 63 lb/min if I remember correctly. Will have to check this....as I ...

I guess it is possible, I just had to know how it is called in the AEM system, "Follow ECU": The following are shortcut keys for the Ignition Map. · Pressing the 'Z' key (zoom), will zoom in on the table or graph view. · Pressing the 'S' key (swap), "swaps" between the table and graph views. · If the Follow ECU box is checked, the site closest to the live location in the map is ...
