okay guys... the car is running... the questions i have now are:  My car is no longer getting timing errors... however the crank signal keeps flashing on off non stop. the cam will flash randomly every so often as well... Anyone know why that is? I have yet to drive the car around and see if it forces any timing errors. I have logs i'm going to post in here. If anyone would take a look and give me some insight, i'd...

The aem is probably not sync'd with your timing. Explain the sync method you used to sync your timing wtih the aem... You do not remove the spout to time an aem car.

You can use the exisiting wiring, just be sure the ref 5v+ and 5v- go to the correct pins on the map sensor, and the map signal wire goes to the correct pin at the ems.

This is pretty normal. I believe it is from the internal logger using power to keep the data stored in its memory. My car does the same thing. Generally if i'm planning on letting the car sit for more than a week at a time i will disconnect the battery or connect to a trickle charger. A nice piece to have is one of those easy turn off battery terminals.

Are you sure it's blowing the spark out and it's not the valve springs? What springs are setup in those heads? I know a lot of guys that have thought they had spark issues when it was just the valves floating, or not being able to handle the higher boost psi.

automap and wb feedback are seperate from eachother. I normally tune the base fuel map first and make it about 5-7% on the rich side and setup the wb feedback so it's always taking fuel out, this way if the sensor fails the map will always be on the rich side. This is also dependent on the max feedback % you allow, I normally will allow the ecu to add 10% max and take out 7% max. The ...
