I think that you probably had grounds for appealing last year as well.  For P8, you are not required to ensure that ALL the pupils you teach  achieve well 'relative to their prior attainment, making progress as good as, or better than, similar learners nationally'. Really Tafkam? I am stuck on this one to be honest. I want to support this staff member as I can see what their point is - but I don't know and have no presidents to follow on it.
