I think in today's society children need to be taught SRE earlier than I was taught it! So many children are now starting puberty in
middle primary and teachers and children need to be aware of this and know how to 'deal' with it when it happens. By informing the children about what will happen to them we are preparing them better. I know there will be lots of people out there screaming...

Rotherham have already produced one - is very good. only suggestions to improve are to include scenario work and role play with hot seating and make sure the scenarios are teenager friendly ie their age and realistic scenariosn. i ahve taught this for a number of years and teachers require training. the rotherham pack is called safety in relationships.

Type any unit title e.g. alcohol or
sex education or SEAL into the search and you'll find that plenty of ideas and links have already been posted up. Check through backdated posts and you will find plenty to get going.
