First point of call would be to go on the
TDA website. You should be able to find a provider that voered the LEA that your school is in. The GTP training provider will fund about £15,000 towards your salary, the school will need to provide the rest based on your starting salary as an unqualified teacher (about £16k in London I think).Good luck with the application V&T

Blimey, they're not asking for much are they?!! I haven't done anything like this myself, but off the top of my head, maybe you could use something like "
the good samaritan"? It might be something you could easily adapt for different year groups? Dont' know if that's any good to you. Best of luck anyway terri

ad hoc meetings throughout the year. You will be appointed as an unqualified teacher on probably the bottom ...

GTP is primary or secondary only, you cannot do GTP for post-16 only. You need to teach across 2 key stages. In my opinion it is unrealistic to expect to only teach A-level biology, an AS level is 4/5 hours teaching a week and A2 normally 5. It's difficult to get a full timetable as an A-level teacher which is why many are paid on hourly tutors contract. You could do a post-...

Hi there Pink, I applied last year and was successful. Are you applying for primary or secondary? It was very nerve wrecking but I have to say that the managers on the course and
tutors are fantastic. It was a very scary interview process but well worth it and the written task wasn't as bad as everyone made out. Good luck with your application! Have you found a school to support ...
