Go talk to your teacher. She/he is the only one who can tell you whether or not you can fix your grade - it depends on how many assignments you have left and how well you can do on them. But it's really late now to start worrying about it; you should have tried to fix this months ago. I very much doubt you can bring it up at this point. Don't wait so long next time.
