Thanks for the thread Culto.
I am quite inexperienced with growing the fungi, and as I said in the other thread I simply put
the spores into sterile water and gentamycin, before innoc of a PF type mix with some sawdust in it. This seems to have not been a great idea as two jars have developed a nasty dark growth in there and need to be ditched.

I've never seen anyone take outdoor myc to over winter like that. I'm sure it would work though.
I would try to find some way of getting it into either LC or
agar, or both. Then they can be sealed off from access to possible contamination. If you get it into some LC, it will proliferate and provide a very good quantity for next year.
it's just a thought.
Peace

Make sure there are concentric rings at the bulbous base. You have not collected the bulbous base so make sure you do next time.
Otherwise you can not make a 100%
positive ID.
The concentric rings should look like this:
That is pretty small for a fly agaric actually. Look forward to the real monstors.

I think the answer might be that they are both real and not real simultaneously. That perhaps our minds are able to roughly transmit other levels of perception that do not specifically correspond to our built in sensory equipment. Perhaps these encounters are a mix of our own stored memories etc. being used to "transmit" communications from entities not of our
direct experience...or maybe the ...

Hey!
I normaly buy cut pieces and pulverize them myself in a
coffee grinder since they are much more expensive at my vendor. Or often i just nibble some pieces like they are. Tastes somehow like rotten walnut, but i like bitter stuff like that
