I was also wondering about non psychoactive plants. I was wondering if i added a little Oak leaf to my quid, i might be able to meet Oak tree entities. I'm assuming Oak leaf alone isnt particularly psychoactive.

Swim's experiences is that salvia taught him that tobacco,...

Hours yes, days no. The short answer on this is that it will go on as long as you permit it to. If it's allowed to snowball, it can lead to long-term depersonalization/derealization. I view this as the ego struggling for superiority/control, which it does when it feels threatened or can't successfully integrate something that caused its discomfort. Validating your reality will help. Established routines, validation through intense...

I agree with this. swim's first time was VERY intense and he wasn't right for about a week. the world felt like it could just fall apart at any moment. only two other times did he feel weird the next day. one time he...

To answer the above questions, SWIM has only been using the 20x lately. In fact, it's all SWIM has right now (he just bought 4 grams of it). A lesser dose (smaller pinch) would probably be appropriate. SWIM uses roughy once a week to once every two weeks, whenever he hears the call.

I submit that there is no universal answer. It greatly depends on the individual.

Seems like a pretty balanced article apart from two issues that stand out:

Just got done watching Alice in Wonderland for the first time in forever. It's so much more meaningful to me now than when I was a kid. I saw many connections with my own Salvia experiences. It's hard to believe the story was written without somw psychedelic influence. It's my new favorite movie.

Maybe copy a couple of those posts over, or link to them; probably get more traffic on your thread.
If you go back in time a while (this year will do it) you will find threads dedicated to "other" Salvias, and results from them. There are lots that people have worked with, and a huge body of different results.

My Walrus doesn't get much visuals from Salvia either. Most of the visuals just seem to come from his mind trying to make sense of the physical and other non-visual sensational aspects of the trip. The visual aspect is unclear, untrustworthy, and just plain imagination, like salvinorin has no effect on the visual sense, all the visuals would probably be there anyway if my Walrus had his eyes ...
