Here, there is a $1,300 dealer discount in addition to the Employee Pricing and rebate. That is what the dealer won't budge on-   Only $1,300 difference??? I was thinking it was around 3 or $4,000. Black is a love it or hate it color. No middle ground when it comes to black.   If a dealer knows he has the only black car in the area and he knows he has a buyer who HAS to have black, he knows he has a captive audience and he is liable (for good reason) to hold out on the price.   He also knows he isn't about to trade it to another dealer because he knows who the shopper is!
