like once a day. last week I had a lot of unhealthy meals at odd times, mostly before going to sleep. yesterday I took 3 extra strength laxatives and got drunk, ended up puking my guts out and shitting like 5 times but my colon is cleansed now and it looks like I lost 10 lbs.
