Don't know if this has been mentioned before, but there is a story about it in the Daily Record. http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/b...6908-210169 92/ Both men appear to be past their best, but could be an exciting fight. Reckon Gomez would take it if more money was put on the table.

Former professional Jeff Thomas recently attended the latest fight in the career of Michael Gomez and gives a candid behind the scenes look at the show. I arrived at the Dalziel Park Hotel in Motherwell at about seven o'clock; two hours before fight time. Ok guys, I feel a bit out of my depth when debating Lennox Lewis with people who seem want to tear him down, and pick apart his resume. I'm looking at boxrec and I'm not seeing the kind of names on his resume that jump out and hit me in the face. This is probablly down to the lack of depth in my boxing knowledge (outside of anything Naz or Oscar related ) rather than anything else....

Mick Hennessy revealed on Steve Bunce's Boxing Hour that Junior Witter will fight unbeaten American fighter Devon Alexander for the interim WBC light-welterweight title. WBC champion Timothy Bradley, who beat Witter back in May, is set to fight WBO titlist Kendall Holt in a unification fight on April 4, leading the WBC to contest an interim crown. Hamed's Best Win? - 94 new posts

So there was some debate on a couple of topics in the GF about which was Hamed's best win. Personally, I can see a case for quite a few of them. Robinson, wasn't the greatest fighter Naz beat, but Naz's age and the level of that performance ranks highly. For me, in trying to balance the quality of the perfomance and the quality of the opposition, add some context about when it happened and ...

Chris had studied Herol's style all week and finally fathomed it. He produced a thunderous punch that laid Graham out cold." The sparring took ...

"Chris Hoy thinks that the day Chris Hoy refers to Chris Hoy in the third person is the day that Chris Hoy disappears up his own arse." Chris Hoy, after being asked: 'What does Chris Hoy think of Chris Hoy?' I hope Hatton reads that from what is a genuinely down to earth and decent guy (Hoy), and starts to realises what a fanny he is himself.
