I absolutely believe that Melbourn is hers this year -- barring any injuries. The last couple of years that Vee has been losing had to do with her being in school and trying to finish up her degree that's why she never really played the YEC and was never prepared for the AO. She also had to work out her issues with being anemic and being tired all the time; I believe she has worked out all those issues and is ready to win the AO and...

Isn't this just an exhibition ? Is as worthless as the Hopman Cup;-) I'm sure had Venus been beaten in straght sets say 6-3,6-3, you would be singing a different tune Off course madd contradicts his self constantly it is really disturbing. Venus and Serena have clearly spent sometime studying Jelena game and tactics and have adjusted. Jelena better hope that Venus and Serena end up on the same side of the draw at the AO...

Gulbis is a work in progress but doesn't have a complete and consistent game, but he can catch fire like other less talented males and females who won or got to a slam final. But Fed, Murray, Nadal, Djok would be my faves to win the Aussie- more accomplished and consistent. Monfils, Tsonga, Sam Q and Roddick fall into that next group. But it is wide open and makes things interesting. If there was an eqiuvalent as far as potential on...

I need some insight. In Chicago and the surrounding suburbs, the fine is generally $119, plus an 8 hr. driver's ed course in order to keep the violation off your driving record for the year. Three or more moving violations in a calendar year will result in driver's license suspension, which I believe lasts for 6 months, although I am not entirely sure about the term for license suspension. Never incurred a ticket for blowing a...

Pretty friggin good semis at Qatar ... Fed vs. Murray and Roddick vs. Monfils. I'll bet Gael has a letdown after the big win and we end up with a Fed/Roddick final. CALLING ALL RODDICK HATERS!!! LOL

"It's hard sometimes, when you won a Grand Slam (and) everybody's talking about what happened at one point of the tournament," she said. "I played good tennis at the French Open. But if she wanted to put the story behind her, her coach Carlos Rodriguez did her no favours by telling the New York...

There will not be any "duel"............if it should happen that both of the williams sisters were to get in a position to go for #1..................we all know what the outcome would be: p.t. williams would make a decdision and the girls would have to live by it.

I am watching the JB Group Classic doubles match online now and Venus isn't jumping for her serves. Maybe she doesn't care because it is doubles, but it counts toward their record in order to move on to the final. I think she may be hurt.

I think her win against Jelena at Doha, helped her break a mental thing with Jelena... because the score should always be 6-2 6-2. OKAY girlfriend!!!!! I never understood why Jankovic gave Venus a hard time. I could understand her giving Serena a hard time, but Venus is the most athletically gifted and speedy woman on tour. It's common knowledge though that Serena has the passing ...

Justine is the only contemporary woman player to have been compared to Federer : "Henin's playing style is well admired in tennis: John McEnroe once described Henin's tennis as "Federertennis", frequently describing Henin as "the Roger Federer of women's tennis." At the 2007 French Open, Martina Navratilova said that "Henin's offense is just phenomenal ... it's sort of like we've got 'the ...
