Theres nothing positive about having two consecutive losing seasons. You don't know that's what would happen ... just like you don't know if this back issue will be chronic or some other injury will "pop" up with our beloved, soon to be, 34 yo. QB ... you can say that, but it doesn't make it true ... The other problem here is that some people are dead set on the idea that even a "healthy" Seahawks team...

if we draft crabtree we will just end up taking an OT with our top 5 pick in 2010. and if we take a OLineman with the #4 pick we will all be screaming about not having a playmaker again when we pick in the top 3 in 2010 Did you NOT read that artical i posted? you should.

I only got to see the second half of last nights game, but I am convinced after seeing no name guys getting 2 and 3 steps of seperation on Jenkins that he will not be able to cover Boldin or Fitz. Did anyone see it differently?

if we end up with locklear or some mid round guy playing LT, we will all discover just how spoiled we have been with an all-time great playing one of the most important positions in football.

Gannon is right, due to recent educational commitments, it looks like Saturday might be out for me. So... I officially nominate Gannon to chair the Draft Party, Day One - the Day the Hawks Screw the Pooch, Party. Phat to co-chair. Hell, wormy can join in too if he is so inclined. As for the SB, which takes place on SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 1ST, the party is on at the Hawks Nest Bar. The owners are down and are going to have food and drink specials all...

McCoy should have gotten the Heisman, although I think the Heisman is a joke. I have seen nothing special from Bradford, the dude is a redshirt sophomore. I don't like Oklahoma's offense, coaching staff or players. In short, I don't like anything to do with Oklahoma. Even aside from that, I don't think Bradford has the arm or the leadership that Stafford does. Neither offense is particularly sophisticated though.

Yeah but guys keep in mind Mora will most likely becalling the offense from the sideline .... sometimes coaches bring in O coordinators to help work in practice but when game day arrives the coach calls the plays.... it's not like Holmgren just watched from the sideline while and O coordinator made the calls.... Mora will not be making offensive calls. His background is defense. What are you an infant? the offensive coordinator...

Tez making the Hall of Fame would go a long way to repairing my fractured sanity after this horrible year for Seattle, I know he retired early and that made allot of people bitter but I will always remember when he refused to play for the Hawks in L.A., saying he was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks and no one else.

Fellow Seahawks fans, Are you going to root for the Cardinals against the Panthers? As much as I hate to do it, I find myself rooting for them. It would prove to people that the NFC West isn't nearly as weak as some make it seem. Also, I can't stand the Panthers. Remember in 2005 when The Panthers came to Seattle for the NFC Championship Game? They were saying how the crowd noise was overrated...

Don't you people know anything about football? Look at the playoff teams in the NFL this year: Tenn, great oline Gmen, great oline Pittspuke, great oline Carolina, great oline. Have you seen the impact Jeff Otah has made for them this year, he's beast, he just toys with opposing DE's. Indy, good oline Miami, good oline Baltimore, good oline Atlanta, good oline Minni, great oline ...

rules: ONE choice and only one. BRIEFLY state your reason and no arguing with anyone elses selection. let's get to it. I WOULD DRAFT: Taylor Mays I would trade the fourth pick to another team for pick 10-14 in the first round and a second, second rounder. Use the first round pick to get Taylor Mays.
