Add another game winning shot, that is two in two weeks    He shot 7/22 THAT NIGHT! You're trying to sell us on a 32% shooting performance to the CLIPPERS as a reason to bring him back?! HA HA HA HA HA HA HA

he is shooting 42% still, he will continue to shoot that throughout theseason, he has no shooting range watsoever, still turns it over 3 timesa game somehow your crediting him for Detroit winning? im notsure why, he got traded to a team surrounded with talent who won 59games last yr and its biggest reason for winning has been stuckey andhis vastly improved play

we are currently sitting at the bottom of the Atlantic (ocean)....and Ed will not let it continue. We will be losing more game before the Month of February. Either you play Sam all of the 40 min until he fouls out...or if there is no use for him or does not fit you style ....work out a dramatic trade involving Green, Miller, Evans and Lou. There are team outher salivating for changes. We cannot afford to go thru the season playing musical...

Brand should be back Jan. 17th
Published (2009-01-07 00:39:00)
A lack of production from Brand wasn't the problem before he got injured, it was the fact that everyone else's production on the floor around him dropped significantly.  Except for PPG (down about 4 per game this season), all of Brand's numbers have been on par with his career averages; do you really think him scoring an additional four points a game would turn this team around?  The fact is that when he's got the ball...

You don't need to wait for Jason Smith to come back.  If the team still stinks when the trade deadline nears in mid February and their is a good offer on the table there's no reason not to take it.  At that point you're looking forward to next year and not worrying about being thin at center for 2 months.     True, Its december I dont see this team getting much better. We might make a run for the 7th -8th spot in the...

Another good game. I feel like I'm watching last year's team, except there's this guy Speights and an extra defensive presence with...Ivey, tonight. Ratliff wasn't as much a factor, but Ivey hit a few big threes and defended a few more. Iggy's doing exactly what he did last year and Miller's hitting more shots. It's a shame we're losing all this time w/o the big Brand.

They looked solid for sure. A win, though, would have been much nicer. But with this team, moral victories mean something, I guess.

Pretty good game. Nice win. I was a little worried in the 4th that we'd lose our lead as things got shaky, but Miller made some big plays and Andre had another stat stuffing game. Ratliff was solid all around and Speights made some mistakes but also some big time moves. Dalembert was conspicuously absent for most of the game.

With the way the team is struggling maybe he can add a little spark. I just hope he is ready to play. Also I heard a few Clippers fans come on this board and say if the Sixers went on a losing streak he would call it quits for the season. That doesnt look like the case.

This core group needs to be shaken up for a variety of reasons. We're very talented, and we have a lot of valuable young guys so with a little maneuvering we can make this team an actual contender soon.Let's break down the roster...PG- Andre Miller is the only point guard who can run a team, but he is also our most tradable player due to his large (10.5 mil) expiring contract. If we move Miller ...

Iggy: The "faux" forward, the "faux" guard. The majority of his points are as a result of uncontested dunks in garbage time. He is 6'6 and has no position in the NBA, except for maybe being the first player off the bench on a decent team.   He has no jumpshot, no post game, no handle on the ball, bad passer, can't create his own shot, shoots a poor percentage, above average defender. Didn't ...

I was wondering what everybody would think of a trade like this. Dalembert + A.Miller for Jermaine O'Neal, and Will Soloman, I throw Soloman in case the 76ers are not confident in Lou Will so Soloman could play a back up role.        Why we should do this trade is beacuse we get rid of Dalembert. Also we would get 21mil. in an exprinig contract from O'Neal. We are about 8mil over the cap so O'...
