Provided Al goes before his wife, the team will go to his wife. However, the control of the team probably defaults to Mark Davis. Mark isn't as much a football man as his father. More of a business man. He is/was heading up the proposal to build a stadium in Dublin. I suspect when Al goes Parcells, Madden, and others will come to Mark Davis' aide on the football side. Please Bill, it is not very sporting to take advantage of an old man like that. Al didnt even have his power of attorney review the last trade. Its not fair that just when the rookie salary cap starts in 2011 you take poor Als top 5 pick and to make it worse then announce the FA signing of Richard Seymore that will let him retire a Patriot. It is so predictable that the commissioner should have stepped in to void it as poor sportsmanship.

Uhhhh Sorry man, but no team in football is as pathetic as the Raiders Al Davis has become an embarrassment to football and the Raiders We constantly draft in the top 10 yet we cant get any better...I would call it unbelievable, but when a senile 80 year old man is running every aspect of your team, it almost becomes laughable/depressing

I mean, Al (realisticly) can't be alive too much longer. And I honestly blame him for a whole lot; he's the one permitting the "don't care" aura surrounding our team now and the past few years. That may have worked when players were either in jail or on his team, but Al's no longer in a state to gain any knowledge; only lose it.

The most exciting player in college football. And, I don't hear this nonsense about McFumble, because I can't remember the last time I actually saw him dressed on the sideline, let alone the football field. We have speed on offense, draft this player who is a hybrid of Percy Harvin (who I was begging that we drafted last year)/Reggie Bush. Spiller is exciting and would at least bring Raider fans...
