I cannot understand the logic of anyone, h0m0 . hetero or bi, not liking individuals being attractively dressed.   Must be an asexual thing.     Yeah you tell'em VOLADDICT! ;O)     To continue with GMac inspired logic, It can be concluded that Jayda Evans is an amoeba.     amoeba - a one-celled, microscopic organism reproducing by fission. Chaffon says, I had to look up the word amoeba. Now I get the joke only because I watch...

No I don't remember Thompson and nobody else does either .  I do remember Toby Kimball and I am sure a lot of others do too.   Don't get into it with me about the Hoyas. I used to be a fanatic.  My father in l;aw at the time of the Ewing Mourning era was a '43 grad.  Look up Hoya bball for that year.   I have zero interest in the 1943 Hoyas.  Big John was Russell's back-up for two seasons (1964-66).  I'm not...

BG reminds me a lot of Pat Ewing when he was a freshman at Georgetown. Very raw but also very intimidating.  BG seems to have a bit more polished offensive game at this point.  They both started out as soccer goalies and then took up basketball in their early teens.

Rutgers in fact took the two bathing suit pictures off their front page slide show and replaced them with pictures of the players in slacks and t-shirts. In 2007 there was a thread on this site where people were commenting on the minor cleavage shown on the LV's site. Within a matter of hours, all the pictures had been cropped up to the neckline. True.

Man_I'm_Sleepy:  You need to change the screenname!  I really hated it.  :-) However, I did make some digs on Danielle Hawkins-Carter.  No information about her on Atlanta Journal-Constitution and its website.  So I made a call to Ga Tech WBB Office.  They said that they are not allowed to make a comment on Danielle Hawkins-Carter and was referred to Sports Information Office.  Apparently because of Holidays, there was no...

Chiffon likes to rewrite history on my predictions so I thought I'd let the ole vole sage make her prediction first. Sure I'm taking a chance because I know she's usually making her guess about 2 hours after the game is over. I'll give her a hint the over/under will be 126

I concur with poloindc about the first picture being inappropriate.  My first reaction was:  The guy in the center "owns" all women around.  Pimp.  That's my first reaction.  R-

Boogie's very solid play after Hightower went out with leg cramps bodes well for the Tigers.  Looks as if Barrett is making a complete recovery and would expect to see her in the starting lineup soon.

I think it's the "where" not the "when" that's the problem. The usual stats people and equipment that are used on college campus aren't usually available in the little gyms at these holiday classics in exotic locations.

I don't think turnovers have been that bad. 13 today and 12 against Baylor. The 17 against Texas Tech was too high. If I remember correctly last year there were games when we had over 20.

Glory hitting from 12-17 feet and smooth.   Pickel is the hot hand for Middle.  Getting some nice looks from beyond the arc and hitting.   Neither team getting any rythm going.  Travelling seems to be the call of the day.

Cupcake opponents notwithstanding, this could be the smartest team on offense and defense at this early point of the season since the TASS-D team in the fall of 2001. So far, Field Marshall Montgomery's ball domination has been replaced by 1950 CCNY clever ball handling, right down to the last player on the roster.      From Caroline's 3 at 14:35 in the 2nd H, UConn's bench scored 17 of...

Thanks for the link. I hate to see recruits get themselves in a drama filled relationship with their coaches and teams ultimately leading to their departure. Good luck to Destiny and Illinois.~~Chaffon says, good stuff in that article and others on the Illini web-site.
