EDD hits for 50 on 20-25
Published (2009-11-09 23:04:00)
The other effort occurred during one of those "private" scrimmages, which under NCAA rules cannot be advertised in advance. Furthermore, outsiders and media are not permitted to attend. What's up with the private scrimmages?~~Chaffon says, that's so weird. Seeing is believing, though. I'm going to have to go find out when a non-private scrimmage will take place for Delle Donne and her Hens. If it's true that Elena...

I remember when Delta State was force in WCBB. 3-peat in the 70's AIAW, nearly a 3-peat in the 80-90's with 3 in 4 years in DII. The source of the Wade trophy name (coach Margaret Wade). Good to see them booked again.

I'm still LMAO that Notre Dame is ranked that high. Why? They actually did pretty well (their messed up NCAA Tournament game notwithstanding) considering that they lost 2 players to ACL injuries, including their most athletic player. In addition to that, besides getting those two players back, they also add one of the top 3 recruits in the nation. I know, ND has never beaten UT, therefore ND must be horrible. It's just a...

Griner dunks, scores, blocks
Published (2009-11-08 23:18:00)
i have only seen footage of her on youtube but WOW...she appears scary good. she even has a little swagger going on with her game and has a fairly good handle on the ball which is crazy for her height (that's a positive comment). i have never seen anything like her in the women's game. i'm not putting this comment out there for argument, but it's quite possible that she will add some POY hardware to her trophy case...

Griner dunks, scores, blocks

Griner is a positive for the Women's game. She's an atheletic 6'8" player that is going to add some more excitement and viewers to WBB. Why is there always some negative a*sclown that can't wait to make a negative comment? And some fool that swallows the hype without looking for substance. Another Michael Jackson fan - no doubt. What hype? Baylor #4 after loosing 4 starters, MJ not lip synking, BG...

Not to make suggestions to Perfect Patti, BUT, do not read ESPN ratings, do not play Stricklen at point. Stricklen needs to finish not initiate. Name me the best 6'2" point guard in the history of WCBB (bet you can't think of too many); this isn't the female Magic this is the female Pippen.

"Everything" doesn't leave much wiggle room. Did someone say pass the Husky-Irish hammers, nails and coffins? But wait, maybe Chiney won't listen to her parents. Maybe she will be disobedient like the ungrateful brats the rest of us have raised ... and like we ... ahem ... were at 17. Moreover, the Ogwumike Doctrine only says "education" is everything, which is not the same as saying the best-...

Baylor 85 Tenneesee 65 LMFAO. You must be getting this score confused with the Stanford/Turds score. Oh, wait, I forgot. Rutgers will be lucky to score 65 points.

A bit better defense than last year and not so much of the "deer in the headlights" look getting caught just holding the ball. Angie is dead on out of the gate, less hesitant to shoot. Glory is faster than last year (is it possible?) but still defending with her hands instead of her feet. Glory and Cain could stand some FT drills again this year. Glory can only hit if she has two on her ...

A few year's back there was some speculation of ties to organized crime with this guy. I worry about the players with Spartek and their safety.
