If you wanna quit, chew until you get used to having the dip in your mouth (may take a few months) Then freeze some grapes. Every time you feel the need to have a dip in your mouth, pop in a frozen grape as you would a dip. Dont chew it, but rather hold it there unit it thaws completely. Then spit it out like it is a dip.
