07 Jennings beats 07 Moss

.. I agree that for most of his career, he wasn't a great deep ball thrower. But, he had good seasons throwing the deep ball when he had a big, go get-it type of receiver (as I said, 2004, actually second of half of 2003 as well with Walker, and this year with Rice). I see no reason why Moss in 2007 wouldn't have allowed Favre to have a great year throwing the deep ball. He actually had a pretty good year with the deep ball...

AP caught speeding 109 in 55
Published (2009-12-03 22:49:00)
Peterson was pulled over just before 8:30 p.m. Saturday while driving his BMW in a 55-mph zone on state Highway 62 -- a normally busy stretch of road known as the Crosstown that connects Minneapolis with southern and western suburbs, Edina police spokeswoman Molly Anderson said. She said Peterson was given a citation and +++allowed to drive away+++ after what appeared to be a "very routine" traffic stop....

If the Vikings keep playing like this ... they're going to have a top 5 Offense and a top 5 Defense. Actually, they already have the #5 Offense in the league based on yards. Personally, I like being the #2 scoring offense ... which is a better gauge imo. When's the last time we had a Top 5 O and a Top 5 D ? I don't think we ever have. I know our D wasn't ranked that high in 1998 ... because our offense made them look...

Isn't '10 an option year? no it's not an option year. but that doesn't mean he won't retire. it just means if he does come back next year it will definately be with the vikings, unless they don't want him for some reason.

I hear ya. It is a lot of pressure. I'm not trying to sound mean or a homer but I really think the Saints will slip up here soon, just because of the inconsistency. Win by 20+ against Pats.... Win by 6 to Rams. The Colts have been playing pretty consistent as of late and they are the top 3 best teams every year.

It's time to move on, yes it was a bad call but the vikings did break down a bit in the fourth quarter of that game too.

His defense is usually a lot better in the 2nd half of the season and so far this year that has been true. You dont need picks to win a game and the defense creates a lot of fumbles.

The Packers do have a pretty tough schedule but the thing that does help them a bit is most of the other wild card teams play eachother in some form or fashion which guarantees losses for some of them.

AP is a fumbler and that always comes back to haunt a team. If the MN fans don't want to see it then they are fooling themselves.Favre has come up short in a lot of big playoff games the last 8 or 9 years. It's his history. Only won one superbowl despite all those records. FYI, he's my fantasy qb got him in like the 9th round. I know he'll be good for the regular season, it's the playoffs in...

A Packers fan on the GB board just told me that its OK that Moss was not resigned because Moss was not going to do anything that Jennings didn't or couldn't do in the 07 NFC Championship. What do you guys think? Excuse me. I meant traded for. But just to avoid semantics let me just re-type the statement. A Packers fan on the GB board just told me that its OK that TT did not trade for Moss ...

No, as long as he continues to improve, and your company is near the top. If he becomes stagnate, repeats the same mistakes, without learning from them, then you may want to consider a new canidate that continue down the path this manager started.
