I was taking a glance at our upcoming schedule and it could be a pretty rough ride. We'll have two shots at Memphis and a shot at the Clippers in the next 14 games until we play Sacramento on December 12th. The sad part the way we are playing its hard to identify which games are even winnable. I think our best bet right now would be either the Clippers on the 23rd or Memphis on Dec 2nd. I would have said this Saturday against Memphis but...

I'm a bit baffled as to why anyone wouldbe impressed by Flynn jawing at Dirk. All he did was p i s s off a future HOF'er who proceeded to drop 15 points and 3 blocks on Minnesota in one quarter. Dirk wasn't even trying this game until Flynn decided to motivate him. Not sure what's impressive about that. Gomes did a very good job on Dirk. Gomes didn't shoot well, but did everything else you could ask from him. Gomes is far from what is wrong with this team. I still say he is a valueable bench player and fringe starter and is easily worth his contract. Pekovic doesn't really replicate Al.  At 100% Big Al is both a tremendous low post scorer and an elite rebounder.  Pekovic is not a particulary good rebounder, so at most he replicates Al's low post scoring.  But he has less shooting range than Al and doesn't have anything close to Al's assortment of moves.  Pekovic's baby hook won't work nearly as well against the bigger and more athletic defenders in the...

Nobody else wants to see Pops with the Wolves?    He could be that mean post player we lack.  Someone that will dunk it with authority and enforce things inside.   He would be more fun to watch that is for sure.  Watching hte Celtics-Hawks game last night made me think we should have resigned Sheldon Williams.   Looks lgood.

I think there's a little more of a direct translation when the trades took place within 1 year of eachother.  Foye/Roy was years ago. Without the Love trade just 1 year before, there's no way Washington accepts the Rubio trade.  Again, to me it's not the same as suggesting a player we happen to pickup 3-4 years before.    We can't assume these things happen though.  Maybe Washington doesn't take Rubio at 5. ...

Watched Rubio today. Anyone who is thinking about trading him is thinking too much. Kahn has to keep him. Seeing him play with Navarro its not far-fetched to see why Flynn (or Wall for sure) could play the 2 on offense with Ricky. I love the way Ricky sees the floor and gets rid of the ball so quickly in advantageous spots for his teammates. He makes crisp passes in traffic that most players can't make with tons of room. Oden is starting to look like a real ball player and the trade would be tempting, but you said it about the injury history for Oden.  That guy seems like every game could be his last.

A knick fan here......and I was curious...is there anyway to pry sessions away from you guys? Sessions for Nate maybe? Sessions and Wilkins for Lee? Sessions and Cardinal for Harrington?     I would do sessions for nate just to clear up another 4 million for next summer...
