I want no part of Swisher on this team, but Nady is certainly someone I would look at. He's a free agent next season though, I'd rather wait until then.

I feel bad for him at this point. I was one of the few on here when the trade happened that thought Marte was big time overrated. Nice extra base power - seemed to be able to get on base, but never hit for a high average. He had a huge hole in his swing but he was young (21) and had plenty of time. Peralta is certainly serviceable defensively and has made an improvement over the last few years if I'm not mistaken . His range is definitely on the lower side of shortstops, but another year there won't kill this team IMO.
