I am looking for information proving that this is a beneficial treatment for prehospital administration. My Medical Director will not even entertain the thought unless I can provide him with some proof that it is beneficial and worthwhile. Thanks for chiming in and helping me get this info....

Hello, We were transporting an AFib patient on a Diltiazem gtts. The patient convert to what I thought was a NSR. My partner thought it was accelerated junctional. The p-waves were very small. We did a 12-lead and had a normal axial deviation. The 12-lead also was able to calculate PRI ect... I assume a Junction ...
