I was talking about only upgrades to things found on 330 (or other bmw's) stock, not light wheels flywheels (its an auto anyways) etc. are the stock 330 cams a nice upgrade?

No programming required. When I did a M54B22 to a M54B22 swap, it fired up immediately. Is your fuel pump working? Does the car crank at least?

No neither will cause a CEL. The TSE3 is from the headers back and the CAI is fine as long as you don't damage the mass air flow sensor.

Usually takes me about 10 mins to get heat from the system in similar weather. if your just cold in the car, start the car 5 mins before you leave.
