It takes alot of time to make a good nice looking header, hence the arm and a leg.
I would say the majority of us use S&S or ACE headers. They may even have one for you application.

Call the Whites at Northeast
Modified Lites (board sponsorer) 302-875-2235.
I ran into the same thing last season and was running to all the auto parts
stores trying to match one up. I called them and had two of them sitting on
my porch within 2 days.

Improper valve adjustment or rings not sealed yet if new build. Most likely valve issue.

I have tried a custom Griffen double pass 2 row aluminum radiator as big as I could fit in the front, it helped about 10 to 20 degrees. I built an aluminum
adapter that replaced the stock oil cooler and added an oil cooler with it's own fan, it helped about 10 degrees. If the track is real tacky or a real hot
day we can't
keep it cool either. I like the R1 but am changing to something else.

I've never owned a
Hot Rod Chassie car but I think they are the coolest looking Dwarf car coupes made. I first saw one years ago at the WSDCA National at
Las Vegas Motor Speedway (113 cars).....the winner drove a white one that had some blue (I think) graphics on it. The guy transferred thru many qualifying
mains and won the show. Can't remember his name. Anyhow, I love the look of the Hot Rod ...

Not that one. Afco makes a spring bar that has travel adjustment and use a 1200# spring. Look on the Afco site. It is long, skinny and gold. Use the one
with 5/8 heims on both ends and will need swedge tube to get to the
overall length you need. Personally, I like the trailing arms sold on both sides. On the
left side stay solid for sure.
