OK I've cracked it. For some reason the guest additions dialog did not come up the first time. After a complete close-down of VBox and reboot of the XP guest, it did. I am quite impressed so far.

This is a bit off-topic but many subscribers here do deploy it on their
Mandriva systems so I would appreciate it those already pawing the ground

I have just installed VirtualBox 3.0.12 onto Mandriva 2010 having given up

message, it's due to a hardware error in some sata controllers.

All:
While I can print to my HP printer via Firefox or Kwrite, I cannot print
using Openoffice 3.1.1. Nothing happens and the printer job just sits
there. Any ideas?
