Swampbilly was dead nuts right with his post as well, and while it isn't a good idea to shoot that late the ducks will, and have ,and always will, come back to the spot at night , I don't care who says they won't,.....I've seen it with my own 2 eyes.

If you are looking for a self defense round, why wouldn't knock down power be important to you? If some meth head or coke head breaks into your house, are you really that certain that misplaced shot from a .380 or 9mm is going to put him in shock and keep him from coming at you? I honestly feel the philosophies of killing an animal and a person are the same. When you shoot, you want them to ...

It depends on the weight of you boat and size of your motor. Pretty thick ice (1 1/2" of ice is a piece of cake) can be run through with a boat. The downside is that it will tear up the boat. You have to read through this post... viewtopic.php?f=4&t=87676
