Locked AtMega DOS Fix... FRBPRG16

Heres an old DOS program that will re-set an AtMega 128 to its origanal state. This file MUST be run under true DOS (not in a shell like XPs, Vistas, or 7s). This means you will most likely have to create a DOS start-up disk with FRBPRG16 on the disk. This little gem has NEVER failed me yet!
