Have you ensured that the new computer is a member of your domain? You might want to start with some basics like whether you can ping the IP address (not the DNS name) of the
Exchange server and the firewall settings on the PC.

The driver is from Toshiba's support site, but it's for your chipset and sound card, unless it refuses to install, it should do the trick.

If XP there are other ways without special software.

It might sound a bit stupid, but did you check that the default sound device in the control panel is the right one? I had this issue once, and spent several hours before noticing that the wrong device was selected.
Also, did you install the motherboard driver before installing the sound one? If not, maybe reinstall the sound driver.

looks like it doesn't work... :S... the syntax of the command is wrong and it returns back that "random" is not one of the available switches for the command, just "delete", "add" and "domain"... has anyone else tried this...?
