Nearly every video card can go up to 2560x1600... but that means you have to have a monitor which would support it. The resolution your video card is providing you is the limit for your monitor, to go higher than that you have to buy a monitor which can support it (usually only 30" or higher monitors can support 2560x1600).

It shouldn't give the message it is overheating at 60 degrees. Mine runs idle at 60.. I would suspect a faulty sensor on the board.. that the real temperature is much higher and that is way it is saying it is overheating. Could be there is no thermal paste at all on the card..

The Catalyst panel shows my temp at about 3 degrees cooler than the Gatewatch panel. so it is probably more like 58 or 59 when it starts incessantly beeping. I think the stock cooler is the problem as I can't believe that 2 cards would have exactly the same issue. I really need to find the best cooler I can for it. I have ordered some arctic silver and I will try that. That stuff usually drops the temp by at least 5 degrees. I really...

hi everybody; yesterday i installed windows 7 on my hp compaq nx9110. and i can't find a driver for Radeon 9000/9100 IGP. this graphic driver doesnt support vista, i guess. i'm looking for drivers all day, but i dont find one. i know vista drivers should work in W7 as well. does anyone knows where i can find this drivers?
