yea with my OC, i see around 70A as reported by CPUID HWmonitor doesnt go to far out of the processor's normal TDP im testing right now and i see 71.18A 82.23W Vcore volts under load is 1.216v

It's roomy, it has loads of cooling, it's huge but can be pushed back against a wall, it was free... yeah, I like it. Could've done with more screwless features but meh.

no but it is even more unstable when pushed to over 900watts yes the coolermaster v10 and corsairs are going to be RMAed... i'm not going to fix the v10 myself.... can't actually... not without voiding warranty (i stated this above)

My CPU is crazy like that, requires 1.2vcore to get 3.2ghz, and I have to up it to 1.3vcore to get stable at 3.4ghz, which is when the temps get too high... (for my liking - 64C max) anyone have any suggestions as to why?

My E2180 that I picked up for $50 after a $25 MIR is holding at 3Ghz but I'm stuck there because of my board. Silly Nvidia chipset.

After 5 years of watercooling I have gone strictly to air again. I am too old to deal w/the hassle. I have a Thermalright AXP-140 /w 140mm Yate Loon in my HTPC A modded Cooler Master V10 (w/ 125 TEC powered by a Meanwell external PSU) on my desktop. Although I have a Prolimatech Megahalem going in as soon as I get back home. And I'll be moving the V10 on to a pentium E6300 CUDA machine.
