You can always compete in obedience, agility, rally if the dog isn't a conformation prospect. Conformation is fun, but the obedience sports are just as fun, and less subjective.

I mean your chances of having a dog able to win shows is greatly decreased if the breeder does not show and know to breed to standard for the ring. If you are going into showing then you should ask the breeder you purchased from about showing. There are many gsd knowlegeable folks on this forum feel free to post a pic of your pup if what an opinion of showing it.

I find it quite rude you would register as a member of this forum, and the first post you make is advertising votes for your dog. We currently have a reputable member with a dog in the same competition. We get a lot of people that register, advertise, then leave. How about you get to know the forum a little... I would be happy to vote if you give us a bit of effort.
