No more risk than any other litter which means get her and pups checked and save aside enough for an emergency c spay in case approx 4,000. Forget registering them your male was too young for any
genetic testing selling them as top quality litter would be a falsehood. Hopefully your female has been tested and is clear of issues to give the pups a 50/50 chance.

euthanized dog out there now from over breeding.
I suggest everyone quits breeding them for a while and not all the rescue/shelter ones (with that many out there) are a medical or behavior nightmare either!!!!

I can tell you now a few people here will suggest
spaying her while she is pregnant, because it will abort the litter. If the big brown dog is the father she may have problems with delivery if the puppies are too big, and she may need a c-section. If she were my dog I think I would be worried about her health though because of the other dog being much larger.
