Post # 30 What I ended up doin is taking the truck onto the RTI ramp backwards to get the collapsed and forward to get the extended shock measurements in real life instead of theoretical numbers for the average PW with a BDS lift. I think there's variation due to weight and exact set up of lift etc.

Post # 22 Quote: every one says to go to Costco or Sams Cub and pick up at a minimum of 8 restaurant size cans of Pam and spray down every square inch of the underside of the participating rig with Pam. Might be cheaper to use tire dressing in aerosol cans. I found some closeout stuff from Sherwin Williams (the paint company) for $.99/can, and it works well when I remember to use it. The best accessory for a PW is a good pressure washer.

Not a Toyo owner, but based on what I have and the stiffness of the Toyo sidewall on the 35".
35psi front, 30 rear to start. Obviously more for towing/hauling a load.
If you have a newer PW with the tire pressure monitor, you are not going to like TPM...

First off, it should NOT have a frayed end. From factory, there was a brass/copper lug on the end with a screw (not meant to hold ANY weight) holding it to drum. You can make your own. Just get a cable lug at a welding store or hardware store to just fit over cable (after you tape it together REAL good-leave about 2" ...

what I have in mind for the rear is basically just some sort of tube bumper, very low profile, and I would like to have the sides come around and follow underneath where I am going to cut the quarters to protect that area.
I would like to integrate the trailer hitch as well so I can reclaim all that area underneath, ...

Are you putting the truck in 4lo when you try to engage the lockers? It won't work in 4hi without a locker bypass. The only reason I ask this is you say you're putting it in 4wheel drive but your not saying what range your using.
