2 new batteries. I could only make it happen once when I started it yesterday. It may be better, it may not. We should get cooler weather and snow tonight, I'll keep an eye out.

2 gallons? That's a lot of fuel, I can't see losing that much in the time it takes to screw off the old one and put the new one on.

Fogzilla/lumen question

I have the mod and it does make a difference. Can save $20 and DIY with some trimming on the 9005 housing and using a #114 o-ring instead of the stock o-ring. Do a search for 'fogzilla' in the 3rd gen forum. MikeyB

Did you check voltage at pin 17, connector 3 of the TIPM to make sure a wire didn't just get pulled out at one of the connectors?

Mine was off a bit too after new ball joints. But much better overall than with the old ones. I decided the only way I could get an accurate reading of what correcting ball joints to get was to install new ones and take readings. They come in not only adjustable but fixed offset of various amounts. So now I have my baseline numbers and the next time I do it I'll get offset ones to correct it. I think I need quarter degree on one side. But...

Not at all. I generally run mine on a timer on the days I can predict when I will next need the truck, but that's mainly to avoid wasting power.

First thing I would do is check the condition of the batteries. And the output of the alternator.

I am wondering the same thing. My 06 has started to have a 'loose' seat
back on the drivers side. Everytime I start and stop the seatback shifts
back and forth becoming very annoying. Tried looking at it but cant see
much without pulling the seat not knowing where to look. Any help would be
much appriciated.

i wouldn't know how that would happen. I am not as religious about washing and waxing on my 06 but with 80k miles my paint still looks brand spanking new.

The suspension has to be loaded and at ride height. Wheels, jack stands, wood blocks, etc. Whatever is safe.

I dont know what / who PDR is, but I'd take it to someone else. My tailgate looked like i backed into a light pole several times from years of loading/unloading quads. I took it over to my neighbors house and with in a few hours he had it smooth as silk.... Here's a few before and after pics... I didnt have it painted cause i plan on putting the OE tailgate guard that come on the 1500 Rams.

I have one, the manual draw. It is weather resistant, not weather proof. It does let in some water or dust. I had some early fitment troubles that made it hard to close, but the dealer fixed it. I like that it locks and is sturdy. It looks good after 4 yrs.
I recently put a flat 37 gal RDS auxiliary tank under it. The tank has a locking cap, but no one can see it.

Ok my last 2 trucks they were 2wd and needed a lil weight in the bed for help in the snow while in Germany. 1st truck had a layer of concrete pavers in the bed for a HOSS style "concrete bed liner" (search for it, its insane) and the second one i had i would just fill the truck with snow when it was nasty out and water it down till water came out the tailgate (the snow plow guy in Germany started...
