Hey guys sorry it took so long to reply back about the install..whole process was pretty easy took me about 3hrs with everything and then a big shout to both hemi31 and wicked for telling me how to bleed it and now everything is great. Went with the heavyduty performance radiator one for $150. Looks exactly the same and is great.

pulling the fuse or battery cable will work, but did you change to a higher temperature Tstat... otherwise it will keep coming back.

you didn't put in leds for interior lighting or anything did you, sounds like feedback from a faulty ballast or converter somewhere... May be a stock part gone bad if you haven't modded anything...

the sensor is about 100 bucks and the intake manifold has to be removed to install it. They also rarely come out in one piece when they fail, they normally break. Expect about 2 hours labor x whatever the shop rate is your going too. 200-300 is not out of the question. You can do this yourself though if you want. Its not to hard.

I figure it can't hurt to show the steps I took to get to the rattling area. Maybe these will be useful to someone, some day. Put the passenger seat down Now let's remove the side bolster. Remove the upper bolt using a 10mm socket. It holds the bottom of the side bolster in place. The bolster is held in place at the top by a clip. Here's what the clip looks like....
