circuit high means its a problem with the wiring, aka the sensor may be unplugged
high flow cats cause 420 and 430 codes so thats not it

you didn't put in leds for interior lighting or anything did you, sounds like feedback from a faulty
ballast or converter somewhere... May be a stock part gone bad if you haven't modded anything...

the sensor is about 100 bucks and the intake manifold has to be removed to
install it. They also rarely come out in one piece when they fail, they
normally break. Expect about 2 hours labor x whatever the shop rate is your
going too. 200-300 is not out of the question. You can do this yourself
though if you want. Its not to hard.

It could be many things. Could be a small as a vacuum leak and as big as a compression issue. Your gonna need to give more info

Mine does this alot also but no lights. And voltage is always good. Mine
does it on the first start and randomly other times aswell. This car is
badluck for me lol
