The Chinese have already taken a large stake in sub-Sahara Africa, in a way all but colonising. By doing this they have succeeded in insuring supplies of raw materials to their national economy. I wrote them about a few of their names and wow, they are very, very expensive. I'm all for high priced domains but the quality must match. I wrote them about 4 domains and all four were priced at $120k and over?????

I wrote them about a 3 letter .com - out of curiosity. Came back with a 7 figure price. Seems like a pretty good way to make living if you can get away with it - selling off inventory they paid nothing for by breaking ethical business rules, a practice better known as warehousing. ICANN needs to push themselves away from the buffet table, stand up and stop this.
