It's been appraised at Estibot for $15,000 (yes, I know - it's a rough estimate - but impressive just the same). Adwords Exact search: 1,600. There are no legal problems attached to the domain... but certainly could be down the line. So my thought ...

Are there any registrar which allows customers to refund domains that they dont like? most of the time im registering some rubish typos with no traffic so thats why it would be brilliant to refund them back.
