William, we don't currently have an indoors yet, trying to finish the small cabin before winter really sets in. And yes, we also currently have an outhouse. It is going to cost $56,000 to run power, but we had planned on going off grid- self generated power via solar panels, etc. When the bigger cabin is built, and in turn, the "Big House", we will have a well and water pumps with indoors plumbing. Right now, you might...

We'll have a wood burning stove, and if we can swing it, there are fridges out there that look like the old ice box. That is one of the few appliances we can't do without, and finding ice for an actual ice box will be out of the question. When we get to that point, we'll have solar panels, water...

I'm not sure you couldn't have indoor plumbing. I think the Amish have running water, and I know the ancient Romans did.

I once toyed around with this idea. I had to add a wing onto the back side of the left wing to accommodate a kitchen and a master bedroom, but that wasn't too much different than Tokyo.

No, no. The Marquis definitely disappears completely. THAT'S the ghost of Kaiser Wilhelm haunting the portrait during those few moments when Mr. M. loses his head.

facade. I think if I was designing a version of the HM in Florida, I would make the entrance into a combination foyer?stretch gallery. The tower you enter
from could be three stories in height, and the portraits could be displayed in there...

As far as I know, there isn't a lot of Phantom Manor merchandise to be found. The last time I vistited, I could only find a postcard, and a Haunted
Mansion snowglobe that wasn't related to Phantom Manor itself.......... You could try the boards on Dizpins.com to ask about any pins that may be
available. Sorry that I can't be much more help.
