Well, I'm sorry it wasn't everything you were expecting!? And trash, etc., is just plain wrong!? But that's nice that your hotel experience was wonderful, at least! I like Oct/Sept, too, because of the warmer weather.? That's my favorite time of year to vacation almost anywhere!

The family we sat with didn't really talk to us - but they were worried about caffiene in the foods/drinks too.? Could be a way of life, or religious reasons.?They weren't rude toward us at all - but the father made faces when John ordered his beer.? But. . .it was Bierngarten.? :)? There were beers at a lot of tables.? DH enjoyed it.? And he was in a playful mood - so when the father made a face at him. . .John ordered a 2nd beer....

I don't mean to be a downer......it wasn't bad, just not as good as it used to be in our eyes! Maybe we just hit an off week, too close to Christmas. We would have gone a week earlier but were avoiding the Pop Warner football people. The very beginning of the month would have been better, I think!

Oh, I'm sorry to hear about the decorations and MVMCP being a disapointment from previous years.?
