  Hello I'm new to all this having always used spreadsheets, could someone please help me with a couple of points. How to enter my card terminal transactions that are paid into my bank account each day. When I try to enter them as a deposit, I can't change the payment method to reflect these are card payments. My bank only allows a file download in QIF where MOA uses OFX is there any workaround. One more - as a retail...

Outlook BCM 2007 / MOA 2008 Pro...

  I have set up the Business Contact Manager for Outlook Integration on my install of MOA 2008. However the accounts only seem to be sync'ing one way. From MOA to BCM but not the other way around. So if I add an "Account" in BCM it does not show up in MOA but if i had an Account in MOA it does show up in BCM. Both running on SQL express. Anyone seen this before? thanks.

Hi we use MOA pro edition "not the 3 user system". Just to ask how can we make it so that we can have about 400 staff logining in at the same time and creating invoices ect. any suggestions, "with about $50,000 what could we do?"

Can I use prepayments to make part payments to suppliers i.e. supplier gets paid 15% advance before shipment and the balance is paid after recieving the payments. If so, can you tell me how please?
