You'll need to create a post with enough information that others could understand it. How are we to know which field or view you are trying to "convert?" Be specific. I would suggest printing your Contacts in the format you prefer. How can we decide that for you? You customize Contact printouts by using a mail merge to a directory.

I have the same problem. Is is it a windows user account restriction or an
outlook restriction. My emails work fine. But my wife's email does the exact
same thing as yours. We are both set up as system Adm accounts in Windows 7.
I have not been able to find any such restrictions in any of the account
setups for windows 7 or Outlook ...

You can with Outlook 2007 or later. For Outlook 2003, you can try a
screenshot or choose;
File-> Save as Web Page...
You can then zip the files and send that.
Another way to go would be to export the calendar to a vcs-file.

Does it work when you start with a completely new distribution list?
Another way to go would be to use categories to group your contacts. It is
much more reliable and gives your greater flexibility.

Delegation permissions in not the same as having access permissions. For
one, you don't need to have the other. Make sure the permissions on the
folders have been set correctly and also check the root folder. The PA must
have at least Folder Visible permissions for that.
Thinks might be different for Scalix though. In the case, ...

You can't import dbx files. You can only import from an installation of
Windows Mail.
File > Import and Export> Import from another Program or file > Windows
Mail.

The correct way is to move the . pst file. It contains all pertinent
information. I personally place the pst in a folder under (My) Documents so
that it is backed up during my normal back up.

+1 on this. It seems to happen randomly as well.
I can tell you whether or not it matters though. The receiver will be able
to open the file regardless of which position it is in.

The file is a Post Script file, usually created through Adobe. Try opening
it with Adobe Reader.
Otherwise, send an email back to the person who sent it to you and tell them
to save the image correctly as a jpg, bmp or png
