WhenI send and receive mail a message pops up on the sreen saying: Contacting then server for information. It then runs the green bars kinda like it is completing something and goes away. My email seems to be working ok but this just started. Has anyone information on this? All comments are appreciated very much....

Have tried all sorts but can not get Outlook 2003 to send or receive on Vista, the test settings work and that actually sends a email as if i check with Windows Mail it receives the test message. My wife first discovered this problem and then I too noticed it. When I have selected the DRAFTS folder, all the various READING PANE sub-menu items are grayed out. Is this a "feature" or a "bug?" -AH

I am trying to save a distribution list from an email that someone sent me. I don't know how to do this without having to type in all of the contacts individually and then manually creating my own distribution list. Is there an easy way to do this?

I was able to delete two accounts that I had set up in Outlook by going into Tools, E-Mail Accounts and removing them that way. However, when I set up a NEW user at the same pc, the user is still asked which account she wants to log onto and if she does select one of the old user's names, it shows all of the old user's emails, address ...
