  I just went back to the old PC and copied the Outlook.pst that was in the default location from the old PC. Is this incorrect? Outlook contacts and address book still works fine on that PC. According to the MS online help all I need to do to divide a distribution list is to copy it, adjust entries, and repaste it back into Contacts folder. I would like to print the address book for my contacts in Outlook 2000. I can print the whole book or a particular catagory but I would like to be able to print just one letter at a time in a catagory. Like all the A's with out doing the whole book. I entered contacts in my Outlook for the first time (there were none previously). There are 34 of them, and they are all just displayed alphabetically in one group. How do I get them to sort into their individual alphabetical tab?

I can sort contacts by any field I want and I can ctrl-select and shift-select multiple contacts, so why can't I simply email those people with one click? The DL's are cumbersome to create and maintain (why no drag-n-drop capability at least) and only really work well if one doesn't have constantly shifting lists of people. ...
