I have one user running Outlook 2007 sending a meeting request to several recipients running Outlook 2007 and 2003 versions. One particular user running Outlook 2003 receives the meeting requests in text format so he cannot "Accept" the meetings. The same user can receive meeting requests from other people running Outlook 2007 and it doesn't show up as text. TIF

What version of Outlook? There are things you could do, but it depends on
the version of outlook. There are tools listed at
http://www.slipstick.com/AddIns/calendar_reminder. asp that can forward
reminders.
