  I do not use fax very often and do not want to pay some company for internet fax services every month, as I do not need that service that often. If I have a dial up modem on my machine why can't office software use it when I connect to my phone line. I think office sotware should be able to use install hardware to send a fax. It seems Windows Live Mail's Contact list is not quite what I would like. Especially troublesome is the apparent lack of the ability to synchronize with third party programs. What might be my choices? Outlook? a better understanding of Live Mail? a better understanding of my other programs I would like to play with...

For some reason when I am using either email, excel or word, sometimes when I try to type the ? mark it comes up with the letter E with a line above it. I can't get it to type the ? mark. If this is supposed to be a french key, I don't need to use it. Please help. Thanks

I own an old Lenova Laptop that came with Office Professional 2003 already installed. I have the installation disk with the Product Key on the case. My laptop died so I purchased a 64-bit PC with Vista. The Lenova software does not load and I want to purchase an upgrade version of Office 2007. How do I accomplish this? Thanks....

ok this is really weird. As a huge advocate of using styles with msword, I understand how I am supposed to see them. However I can't. I have the sidebar window open with styles and formatting open... and its blank. I have the formatting toolbar open and can see the default styles there but cannot edit them .
