  For situations like this I have always a liveCD at hand. Simply boot it and see if your printer works there. If it does all you need are the proper windows vista drivers. If linux wont see the printer, its probable the printer is broken. -- bmx15

  I have had loads of problems with the Dell AIO 948 trying to get it to print. After telephone conversations with Dell Tech. the printer will now print photos and Word documents, however I find I still cannot printout emails from Windows Mail. Help would be appreciated.

Hi, I have Vista, and as you all know - it does not have fax. I use Act! and FaxAdmin. That is the only way I can send faxes. But! When I try to do that it dials: country code (81)+ area code+ fax#.
