  Hi Don, If you uninstall the Groove application, you will leave all your groove account and data intact. If you reinstall groove, your account and space data should be available. If you want to remove all Groove data for your uninstall, you should first log into your groove account prior to uninstall and go to Options > Preferences > Account and delete the account form the computer. Then you should delete these...

MS Groove Workspace Problem in...

  Over the last couple of weeks, our Groove Account, which is frequented by about 12 workers, has been acting up. Specifically, we have had exisitng members lose portions of their workspaces or others attempting to set up other PCs download workspaces and those downloads complete but with missing sections in said workspaces. In other words, a workspace loads up but is missing one or two sections out of 4 or 5.... We all have product...

  Hi! I have groove 2007 on two PCs sharing a normal workspace with all folders options set to "automatically download". However when I update a file on one of the PCs it gets marked on the other PC but never downloads, even if both PCs are online at the same time. Any help there? Thanks, Hady .

Hi Don, Some questions on this: 1. Do you have Excel installed on the computer having the problem? 2. Does this happen with any other file? 3. Can you open up Excel files outside of Groove workspaces? Because you are having the problem in Groove file sharing Workspacs – which are just folders in your directory, my suspicion...

Hi Matt - Select your field in the designer. Below the list of fields are three boxes. The second one has the name of your field. If you select the right-most control in the (field name) box, it will drop down and show some options including "Required". Select that.

Hi, It may. It depends on how you set up Groove as an exception. When you open up your Windows Firewall, look under your exceptions and see if the ports that are allowed are ANY. Gregg
