  View->Reports->Problems->Hyperlinks will list all hyperlinks that are either broken or external (external = root relative, absolute ( http://example.com/pagename.htm ), or a link to a file in a different subweb) The external links can be verified, though any reported as broken should be tested manually.

f/documents/website/index is not a file name - it is a path without a file name A path to a file name would end in index.htm or index.html Find out which one your host uses as the site default home page file name - and make sure your local site home page file name is the same

Are you publishing a site with a database in it - if so, does your host OS support that type of database?

If the website has FrontPage extensions, open the remote site in FrontPage. The subfolder on the server should be converted into a subweb (right click on the folder and choose "Convert to web", then publish the subdomain to the subweb. If using FTP, then set the folder you publish to in the Publish Properties dialogue.

The only way I can find to increase the font size in FP2000 code view is to use large fonts - Control Panel -> Display (Windows 7) Win XP - Right click on desktop, choose Properties and navigate to Display Settings -> Advanced button.
