Can you send standard mail (without a digital ID)?
Any reason why you feel digital IDs are necessary for you?
I'm afraid that few, if any, of the regular responders here have much
experience with digital IDs.

Are you talking about the 'Drafts' folder under 'Storage folders'?
That quote is part of a post by DougS dated 11/11/2009 in the thread 'Win7 still slow' in the newsgroup 'alt.windows7.general'.

In Outlook Express, if the action was Delete It From Server, or Do Not
Download From Server, all the other boxes became uncheckable. Any other
rule, such as Delete it, or Move it, required a manual checking of the Stop
Processing More Rules box. It was never checked by itself. There are a few
instances where you wouldn't want to check ...

of them, but not all.
I'm just one guy with one computer and no net but the Internet. But I've
been using PC's since 1977 and have been online since 1979. Today I use
nothing but Win7 and WLM; I haven't seriously looked at another ...
