Oh ok. Go to the listing page, locate a gray "Flag" button. Click it and tell us about the issue this way. It will trigger an email to Customer Service.

It looks like you changed the home facts in May, and then several times in early October. Do you remember what these changes were? - It looks like something you put in May, made the zestimate go up.

While most homes in Tukwila, WA are selling for $238K - $250K, the Zestimate for my home is $319,000! WHY is there such a discrepancy? If you need to see the details and stats, look up 3244 S. 137th Street, Tukwila, WA 98168. I would appreciate any information how I can get Zillow to give a reasonably accurate Zestimate for my home. No. If you didn't and there is a make-me-move on your house, flag the house, contest the ownership, and claim your house. You and your family are the only ones that should be able to claim your house to set a sale price or make-me-move. But it only requires a little guessing for someone to pretend they are you. I own the house at this address, but the highest street number you have is 137 Clarence Ave. The house is the one at the end of the Clarence Ave cul de sac (NNE end of street) and is visible if you pull up the map. Please tell me what else you need to add my property. The house was built and purchased by me in 1985. LTCMickey- The listing agent or homeowner can edit the home facts on Zillow for that property. Note it's not currently listed for sale on Zillow .

The aerial shot of our house, 257 Old Washington Street in Pembroke, Massachusetts is almots 7 years old. I'm wondering if there are plans to update it, as it shows a blue tarp on our roof (was there temporarily until we replaced our roof) and does not show the fenced in backyard (both the new roof and fence were installed about 7 years ago).

Option 1 - Scroll to the bottom of the page and note the source of the listing data. Change the URL at the source and it will change on Zillow (this is your best option). Option 2 - It doesn't look like you have any listings tied to your profile. If the email address on your profile is the same as the email address on your listing, these two will tie together and give you access the listing ...

Flag the home (little grey flag like in the lower right hand corner of your post and mine) and comment to Zillow that you'd like the photos removed because you are the new owner.

Texas is a non-disclosure state, and I have no idea where Zillow got its number. I would like to have the number simply removed, since it is both wrong and detrimental to my home's value.
