Fat Burners for my situation
Published (2009-12-17 12:56:00)
Firehawk, Doctors love giving out drugs as it saves the time and it annoys me that they do this also, The money is in the medicine NOT the cure ! see my point ? A dear friend of mine suffered with panic attack for many yrs and would get violent with it, he is not cured but has a more stable life due to buying a set on hynosis tapes by Paul Mckenna, so it might help if you look at this avenue ?

Top 10 Supplement Facts You...

It is ironic that in this age of information, people continue to be confused about supplements . While in America alone, about 20 billion dollars annually are spent on vitamins, minerals, herbs, amino acids and other nutritional products, studies still show that people in all walks of life (including fitness professionals) need a good foundation in basic supplement information to help them make informed decisions about which products might...

I'm not sure what to recommend, Dave.
You might consider something drastic like the plan that Andre Avigdor did 5+ years ago (covered in posts/threads in this forum). Here's an overview/summary that I did: click How I lost 78-lbs of fat in four months
Andre's progress update
It's been awhile Note that throughout the weight reduction, Andre was being monitored by his doctor.

There is probably nothing unsafe in it for a 14-year old, but as with any supplement, you are spending money unnecessarily if your diet and training are not already 100% perfect. I'm not sure exactly what muscle milk contains (I don't know much about supplements in general to be honest.) but I don't think it contains anything you couldn't get from just regular food.

Maybe you are overtraining. Healthy diet, exercise, hydration, and adequate sleep does it for me. A little extra vitamin C never hurt either.

If your diet and training are dialed in perfectly, then supplementation will give you the tiniest push towards making it better.
They ARE NOT THE FOUNDATION of a good body.
Now, about extenze...read the ingredients. Now read the ingredients on the "bodybuilding supps" like Alpha male...etc... All the supposed "test boosters". Nope, just blood flow improvers.
